Especially from the 7th to the 13th term (2007 to 2021), Venerable Thich Minh Hien was the Chairman and before that was the Vice Chairman, passionately attached to the long journey of nearly 20 years. From 2021 until now, Venerable Thich Thien Chon is the Chairman.

Since the opening of the first course until now, the District 3 Primary Buddhist Class has been training continuously without interruption, especially currently training 2 courses 15 and 16 with over 70 monks and nuns enrolled.
